Marriott has expanded its portfolio of Moxy hotels in
Asia Pacific with the opening of the Moxy Shanghai Hongqiao CBD,
the first Moxy in mainland China.
The new 158-room hotel is
located right next to Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport
(SHA), one of the most important transportation
hubs in China as it brings together high-speed rail, the
international airport and local metro lines.
Facilities at the hotel include a 24-hour fitness
centre, a 24-hour ironing room, a bar in the lobby, 24/7
self-service mini mart outlet, and a display board in the lobby that will feature flight information,
route maps and aircraft seating updates in real-time. Foosball and
a variety of popular board games are also available in the
hotel’s communal spaces for guests to enjoy.

maximize space with smart features such as a plush

The Moxy Shanghai Xuhui is slated to open
in the cosmopolitan city later this summer and additional new Moxy
hotels are slated to open in Nanjing, Shenzhen and Xi’an within
the next twelve months.
